Refund
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The returned items must be in the same condition as when you received, and items must be returned in their original packaging to the shipping address. Once we have received and confirmed the returned item, we will refund the full payment (excluding any platform fees). In this case, the return shipping costs and any additional charges incurred will be borne by the buyer.
Damaged Goods
If the item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 3 days of receive with proof of photos. If it is confirmed that the damage occurred during shipping, we can either replace the damaged parts for free or arrange a refund.
Refund Processing Time
For any of the above cases, please contact us at info@carvemoments.com. We will respond within 48 hours after receiving your message. Once the refund is confirmed, we will notify you by email, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
